Cast urethane dredge lures with mylar skirts, 10" length can easily be trimmed down as desired with scissors. The back of the head has been reamed out to accommodate the nose of a Bally-Hoo or a rigged mullet. Large offset hole allows for fast rigging using pre-rigged baits.
This lure is also great for just dropping over a Pre-rigged bally-hoo for regular trolling.
