Orders $100 and below inside the lower 48 states will be USPS at a flat rate of $5 per order.

Orders $101 and up shipped via USPS inside the lower 48 states will be shipped FREE.

International orders and orders requiring UPS, FedEx or DHL shall be shipped at current rates.

Proof of delivery signature required on all shipments.

Returns / Damage / Warranty

Customer protection and satisfaction are of paramount importance to Handmade Tackle, if any item purchased does not meet customer expectations it may be returned for refund or replacement at Handmade Tackle’s expense. Items must be returned UNUSED and postmarked within 7 days of delivery, along with the original packaging and written details of the reason for return. ANY ITEM DETERMINED BY HANDADETACKLE TO HAVE BEEN RETURNED USED SHALL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Any items damaged during shipping must be refused at the time of delivery and returned to Handmade Tackle along with the damaged packaging for replacement. Do not sign for, or accept, a damaged delivery.

All items shipped are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, any item deemed by the customer to be defective must be returned UNUSED and postmarked within 7 days along with the original packaging for replacement free of charge. ANY ITEM DETERMINED BY HANDADETACKLE TO HAVE BEEN RETURNED USED SHALL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

All damage deemed by Handmade Tackle to have been caused by the misuse of any item shall negate the warranty by Handmade Tackle and all shipping and repair costs will be borne by the customer.

All BahamaRods are guaranteed for life against breakage under normal working use and conditions. Use of line weight exceeding that which the rods are rated for and resulting in breakage shall negate the warranty, as will any physical impacts to the rod while under load.

Any attempt by a customer to use, then return an item as still new shall be treated as FRAUD and the item shall be returned to the customer at their expense.

Any attempt by a customer to charge back a credit card while retaining items purchased shall be treated as THEFT. All relevant customer information shall be turned over to both law enforcement and collection agencies. Costs, including collection, recovery & attorney's fees, shall be passed on to the individual responsible for the theft.

Handmade Tackle shall relentlessly protect itself and its true customers from any and all attempts to misuse its services and products. THEFT & FRAUD only serve to increase the costs of doing business and the costs of products to honest customers.
